Community Development Authority
The Two Rivers Community Development Authority was established to encourage and help people and businesses to invest in the city, creating jobs, increasing the tax base, and improving the community's quality of life
Members of the Two Rivers Community Development Authority are appointed by the City Manager and confirmed by the City Council to serve a term of four years, expiring May 1st. City Council Representatives are elected annually. Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5 PM.
